Claire left DAC Beachcroft to join Clyde & Co in September 2019. She is a specialist in large scale disputes in a broad range of construction matters, particularly representing Main Contractors. Since joining us, Claire has worked as a key lawyer (below partner level) on several of the firm's most significant disputes, including for example Energy Works (Hull) Limited v MW High Tech Projects UK Limited and Others as well as a number of instructions for a major player in the offshore windfarm market which involve complex legal, technical and strategic issues.
