Simon who is Of Counsel is a senior member of international arbitration group.

Simon is experienced in international investment arbitrations through ICSID, and in commercial arbitrations conducted under UNCITRAL, ICC, LCIA, and Swiss rules. He is particularly highly regarded for his advocacy and drafting skills. Much of his work is concerned with natural resources, industry and power. He has written on arbitration issues and has spoken at conferences in Kenya and Tanzania.

He is also experienced in complex commercial litigation in English courts, usually with an international dimension, as well as with overseeing such litigation in foreign courts.
