Jane has been a partner at Clyde & Co for over 40 years and specialises in all forms of dispute resolution.  She is highly regarded as a thorough and determined adviser in conflicts potentially involving litigation and arbitration but is also sought after as an extremely effective mediator in a wide range of disputes. Her practice, initially solely insurance based, but latterly involving many reinsurance disputes, has long included a substantial volume of specie matters, principally CIT (to include static/storage risks) and JB risks but she has also handled high profile fine art disputes (both as party adviser and confidentially in mediation).
