Matthew Buchanan

Mel Chan

Mel Chan regularly advises sponsors, multilateral development banks, development finance institutions, export credit agencies and commercial banks on the financing of energy and infrastructure projects, with a particular emphasis on Asia Pacific. Her experience spans across the oil & gas, refining and petrochemicals, power and infrastructure sectors. Luke Chen

Luke Chen is a Counsel in the Singapore office and a member of the APAC Asset Management and Financial Regulatory Group. Shaun Langhorne

Kai-Niklas Schneider is a member of the Private Funds Group. He maintains practices in both the Middle East and Singapore.
