Prof. UW dr hab. Piotr Bogdanowicz focuses on public procurement and State aid. Piotr is a Professor at the University of Warsaw Faculty of Law and Administration, where he lectures on EU law, including EU public procurement law. He is an author of dozens of books and articles in leading journals, including "Common Market Law Review", "Public Procurement Law Review" and "European Procurement & Public Private Partnership Law Review". Piotr is the co-founder of the Public Procurement Law Association.

Irena Floras-Goode specialises in various types of financing, including project finance, asset finance and acquisition finance. She has advised a large number of corporate enterprises, Polish and foreign financial investors and Polish and foreign banks on financing acquisitions of assets and companies (including LBO transactions), project finance transactions and issues of securities, as well as on various banking products. Grzegorz Namiotkiewicz specialises in debt capital markets and financial regulatory. During his career Grzegorz has been involved in the majority of pioneering issuances on the Polish market setting a precedent for future financing transactions, such as the first issue of mortgage-backed securities and revenue bonds in Poland. In recent years, he has advised both the issuers and the arrangers of the largest issuance programmes, involving the issue of Eurobonds and domestic bonds by the State Treasury of the Republic of Poland, corporations or local government units. His expertise also covers regulatory matters connected with the conduct of banking activity, licensing and regulatory capital.
