Johanneke Butijn specialises in (renewable) energy, project finance, environmental law and real estate. Johanneke has worked on a number of significant projects involving onshore and offshore windfarms, solar parks, heat distribution networks, commercial property developments and real estate transactions in and outside the Netherlands. This includes the negotiating, drafting and advising in relation to various project documents and environmental and regulatory issues.
