He mainly advises international and domestic private equity firms and corporates on a wide range of transactions, including acquisitions and disposals, leveraged buyouts, takeovers, mergers, joint ventures and corporate restructurings, the establishment of investment funds, fund investments, separate managed accounts, carried interest schemes, as well as day-to-day counselling of public and private companies on a wide range of matters.
