Clifford Chance

Sara Mancinelli is a Counsel in the Italy Tax team. She is specialised in M&A taxation, with a particular focus on real estate, taxation in relation to capital markets and tax litigation issues, particularly when criminal angles are involved.

She is also a lecturer in tax law issues on postgraduate courses and the author of several publications on tax law.
