George Hacket currently heads the equity capital markets practice and the U.S. securities team in the Clifford Chance Frankfurt office, specializing in cross-border debt and equity transactions and advising issuers and underwriters on legal aspects of international securities offerings.

George advises on IPOs, capital increases, stock exchange listings and high yield and investment grade debt issuances. George also has experience in advising on corporate governance and compliance matters for listed companies. He has further gained experience in a number of industries, including industrials and mobility, energy, infrastructure and healthcare and life sciences.
