Sunny Kapoor specializes in litigation and arbitration. He represents clients in complex cross-border and domestic disputes in the areas of banking, finance, capital markets and automotive with a particular focus on climate change-related risks.

Sunny is a member of the German and European Banking & Finance Litigation Group as well as the European ESG Board. He leads Clifford Chance's network for social and cultural diversity (REACH). Sunny is a lecturer at the Goethe University Frankfurt and co-founder of the Frankfurt Disputes Circle.
