Position

Patrick advises companies, investors, sponsors and secured and unsecured creditors on financial and operational restructurings both outside and in the context of insolvency proceedings.

He focuses on cross-border and multinational restructurings and distressed transactions, in particular in cases involving complex financing structures. He also advises on all aspects of German insolvency and restructuring law. Furthermore, he taught at King’s College London and the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens as visiting lecturer.
