Associate

Fernanda Paz is an associate in the Infrastructure & Projects area at CMS Grau. Her work focuses on providing strategic legal advice to national and international clients to ensure regulatory compliance and support the development of infrastructure and public services projects.

She has extensive experience in administrative law, particularly in the structuring of private investment promotion projects through Asset-Based Projects and Public-Private Partnerships (PPPs), as well as in the regulation of public services, public management, real estate law, sanitation, and general administrative law.

Fernanda holds a law degree from the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú, graduating with distinction (“Very Good”), and has completed specialised studies in Compliance. Her academic background and practical experience enable her to provide a comprehensive and strategic perspective for the development of high-impact projects.
