Tom Jozak is a seasoned legal expert in our cross-functional TMC sector practice and a leader in our international digital regulations compliance advisory practice. He brings over 25 years' experience in advising clients on various (legal) aspects of the use of technology and data. Prior to joining CMS, he served as the Chief Privacy Officer and Global Head of Data Protection and IT Legal at a leading globally operating multinational.

Tom is an expert advisor on artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, data protection and compliance with digital regulations. His extensive digital regulations, IT and information security knowledge, combined with his expert legal and leadership skills, are widely acknowledged by largest banks, financial services organisations, insurances, tech vendors and many Fortune 500 companies.

Tom regularly publishes and lectures on digital regulations and regulatory compliance.
He is a long-standing member of Dutch Information Technology Association for IT Law and Dutch Association of for AI and Robotics Law.
