As an energy and infrastructure transactions lawyer, Julian is particularly active in project finance and project M&A transactions—both domestic and cross-border—playing a key role in the development, financing, acquisition, and disposition of large-scale energy and infrastructure projects in Mexico.

As a finance lawyer, Julian provides comprehensive legal counsel across a wide spectrum of financing transactions, including structured and project finance, private credit, debt securities offerings, acquisition and real estate financings, and complex debt restructurings.
