Senior Associate

Kirsty is a Senior Associate within the Capital Markets and Derivatives team at CMS and has a broad range of experience in advising leading investment banks, corporates and other financial institutions on a wide range of OTC derivatives and debt capital market transactions.

She advises banks and issuers on the issue and restructuring of standalone debt issues and debt issuance programmes across a wide range of regulated and non-regulated industries.

Kirsty has spent time on secondment to clients Goldman Sachs and Deutsche Bank.
