Maïté Ollivier joined CMS Francis Lefebvre in 2011 and became a partner in 2023.
She practices in employment, labour and pensions law and advises French and international corporates and large groups on: individual employment relationships (management of senior executives, corporate officers, employment contracts, pay, health and safety in the workplace, prevention of psychosocial risks, and whistleblowing procedures); international mobility; collective bargaining (duration and organisation of working hours, workplace well-being, and equality in the workplace); employee representation (workplace committees – economic and social committee, health, safety and working conditions committees, group committee, and the European Works Council); restructuring and reduction in headcount, labour relations aspects of mergers and legal restructuring; employment audits, individual and collective disputes; high-stakes litigation (before the courts (judiciaires and correctionnels) in cases on the supply of staff, offence of obstruction, discrimination, and harassment); management of relations with the labour authorities; employee saving plans and management packages.
