Agnès de l'Estoile Campi joined CMS Francis Lefebvre in 1995 and became a partner in 2006.

She practices in tax law, advising French multinationals on mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganisation, transfer pricing, tax structuring of complex international contracts, tax strategy and tax optimisation, as well as the international mobility of senior executives.

Having practised for four years in São Paulo, she has extensive experience in all aspects of French-Brazilian and Latin American taxation issues.

Agnès de l'Estoile Campi also advises large French groups on expanding into international markets, particularly Latin America and emerging markets, including India and China.
