    Position

    Jean-Charles Benois joined CMS Francis Lefebvre in 2012 and became a partner in 2019.

    He practices in tax law with a particular focus on direct company taxation.

    He advises clients on all aspects of taxation of French and international companies. He has developed extensive experience in restructuring, tax consolidation, structuring intra-group relations and advance tax rulings. He also advises on transaction taxation and private equity (mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts (LBOs), negotiating financing and refinancing agreements, etc.). He assists individuals, shareholders and senior executives on their personal, professional (employee shareholding schemes and/or profit-sharing plans), and asset planning tax.

    Jean-Charles Benois advises and represents clients in pre-litigation and litigation procedures.
