    Position

    Caroline Froger-Michon joined CMS Francis Lefebvre in 2003 and became a partner in 2015.

    She is a member of the CMS Employment, Labour & Pensions Group, working with a 600-strong international team of lawyers.

    She practices in employment and labour law. During restructuring operations, she advises clients on transitioning employment contracts, post-merger alignment of employee status, procedures for informing and consulting staff, and managing negotiations with personnel representatives. She also handles the labour law aspects of mergers and acquisitions, assisting with due diligence, the employment aspects of the legal structure of the new entity, negotiations with staff, and post-acquisition monitoring.

    Caroline Froger-Michon advises on the legal aspects of individual and company-wide employee relations, voluntary redundancy plans, and personnel representative rights. She provides support to international companies and corporate groups based in France or considering setting up in France. She also advises on internal investigations, with a particular focus on bullying and harassment cases.
