Cathy Goarant-Moraglia joined CMS Francis Lefebvre in 1995 and became a partner in 2006. She is chairman of the firm's Advisory Board since 2024.

She practices in tax law and advises companies and local authorities with a focus on local taxation: the local economic contribution (CET), the business land tax (CFE), the tax on business added value (CVAE), the land tax on built properties and undeveloped land, the tax on offices, commercial spaces, warehouses, and parking spaces in the Paris region, the residence tax on companies and individuals, the local tax on outdoor signage (TLPE), and the tax on commercial spaces (TASCOM).
