Edouard Milhac joined CMS Francis Lefebvre in 1990 and became a partner in 2000.

He practices in tax law with a focus on transaction taxation (restructuring and mergers and acquisitions) and advises French and international clients on tax audits and litigation. His practice also extends to advising non-residents on property investments in France.
