    Philippe Donneaud joined CMS Francis Lefebvre in 1995 and became a partner in 2007.

    He practices in tax law on all aspects of direct taxation for companies and senior executives, providing advice and representing them in litigation proceedings. He advises clients on the tax planning, structuring and management of their corporate operations and transactions. Philippe Donneaud assists with strategic planning and decision-making (financial and asset-related). He also provides advice to address ongoing and ad hoc tax issues. He represents clients in their dealings with the tax authorities, during pre-litigation and litigation proceedings, and in advance tax rulings and authorisation procedures.

    Philippe Donneaud also has extensive knowledge and experience of mergers and acquisitions, advising on the tax implications of acquisitions and disposals, corporate groups, mergers, and financial flows.
