Partner

Adriana is a Partner of the Firm and leads the Labor & Pensions Law area. She is a lawyer, with more than 19 years of experience advising national and multinational clients on labor law, comprehensive social security and immigration law. She also has extensive experience advising companies on due diligence processes in labor and social security matters and managing legal and operational processes. She has led the study of public policies for the Colombian pension system and has also participated in labor negotiations for relevant clients.

She has extensive experience advising individuals on social security matters for their pension planning, labor litigation, and labor law, both in Colombia and abroad. Adriana is also a specialist in Labor Law and Social Security from the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, is a founding member of CEDEP (Center for Procedural Law Studies) and is in charge of the Labor Law chapter. Adriana also has experience in the academic field.

In 2023 and 2025, she participated as a speaker at the Latin American International Employment Summit in the Diversity and Inclusion panel and in the Disputes and Conflict Resolution panel for companies respectively, held in São Paulo.

She is a member of the D&I committee as a guidelines and policy representative for Latin America. Finally, she is also a member of the D&I Committee of CMS Colombia.
