His practice covers the full lifecycle of energy projects, from the incorporation of local vehicles and the securing of contracts, permits and licences, through to legal support during operational stages. He has extensive experience in the structuring, drafting and negotiation of M&A transactions in the hydrocarbons sector, including the acquisition of companies and equity interests, as well as associated due diligence processes.
