Jonathan is a Director in our Corporate & Commercial team, based in our Oxford office. With over 25 years of experience, Jonathan has broad expertise in company and commercial matters. He largely specialises in commercial contracts and data protection with a particular sector focus on healthcare, IT, manufacturing and food.

Having qualified as a solicitor in 2001, he joined Hogan Lovells in the City of London, moving to Bristol law firm Lyons Davidson in 2005 where he was made Partner in 2011. Jonathan joined Stone King in Bath in 2018 and then Temple Bright in Bristol in 2021 before joining SE-Solicitors in 2026.

Outside of work Jonathan enjoys hill walking, tennis, jazz, piano, snooker and spending time with his family.
