Corporate Advisory

Edgar is an associate in the Corporate Advisory Team. He advises clients in various sectors such as insurance, private equity, banking and finance, manufacturing, transport and logistics and real estate on regulation, corporate restructurings, capital markets, and tax among others. He also undertakes corporate filings on their behalf regularly.  

Before joining the firm in 2022, Edgar worked as a legal assistant at Cristal Advocates. Edgar's notable engagements include advising First Insurance Company Limited (now Mirai Limited) on a multimillion‑dollar share sale and capital increase, guiding Jumo World Limited Group through a cross‑jurisdictional restructuring, and supporting African Frontier Capital on a private‑warehouse receivables transaction. He has also provided regulatory advice to global manufacturers, payroll solutions providers, and fuel marketing companies on sector‑specific compliance and cross‑border operational models.
