Career
Maureen has a strong background in corporate and commercial practice ranging from advising international and local entities on a variety of transactions falling under a wide range of sectors like manufacturing, power, telecommunication, trade and non-governmental organizations. She has also supported international and local clients in compliance advisory, setting up corporate vehicles, drafting and reviewing corporate transactional documents (including but not limited to share purchase agreements, tenancy agreements, employment agreements).
Maureen joined the firm in 2024, having transitioned from SM & Co. Advocates
