Arturo Caballero is an attorney with 10 years of experience in Civil, Commercial, Administrative and Constitutional Litigation; primarily focused on the representation and defense of banking, financial and fiduciary institutions.

Furthermore, he has had the opportunity to actively lead the defense in trials related to the fulfillment and termination of contracts, contractual and extra-contractual liability, compensation arising from objective and subjective civil liability, fulfillment and termination of construction contracts, mortgage and recovery actions, judicial auctions, insolvency in fraud of creditors, constitution of mortgage and/or pledge guarantees, among others.

On the other hand, Mr. Arturo Caballero has served as a teacher of the subjects of “Constitutional Law” and “Constitutional Procedural Law” at the International School of Law and Jurisprudence.

Mr. Arturo Caballero is a graduate of the Escuela Libre de Derecho, obtaining the corresponding degree with the thesis entitled “Prior Constitutional Control in Matters of International Treaties”; he also obtained the degree of Master in Constitutional Law and Amparo from the Faculty of Law of the National Bar Association.
