Associate lawyer

She has experience advising companies in various legal areas to ensure compliance with legal requirements from their formation and throughout their operations. Her main focus has been in commercial and corporate law, with a strong emphasis on mergers and acquisitions (M&A). She has advised several companies on the projection and structuring of commercial contracts, the execution of corporate documents for various corporate transactions, and providing support to corporate bodies and their secretarial functions. She has also participated in several M&A transactions, handling legal due diligence processes, drafting and negotiating contracts governing the transaction, and preparing and negotiating shareholders’ agreements.

Lawyer from Universidad EAFIT with an emphasis in Business and International Law, complemented by studies in Intellectual Property from the same university and a certificate in M&A Operations and Corporate Transactions from Universidad El Rosario. Currently pursuing a Master’s in Law with an emphasis in Business Law, as well as a specialization in Corporate Law, both at Universidad EAFIT.
