Colombian attorney from Universidad Externado de Colombia and specialist candidate in Infrastructure Law at the same university. Moisés possesses experience in construction law, infrastructure, and litigation related to contractual disputes. His practice focuses on contract analysis, the identification of legal risks, and the structuring of strategies for the prevention and resolution of disputes in infrastructure projects. He is a member of the Youth Arbitration Network of Bogotá of the Bogotá Chamber of Commerce (CCB).
