Associate in the Litigation, Arbitration, and Construction Department at Britton & Iglesias, across both the Panamanian and Colombian jurisdictions. He actively participates in litigation, local and international commercial arbitration, and public-private infrastructure projects.

He has served as party counsel in multiple proceedings under the arbitration rules of the Bogotá Chamber of Commerce (CCB), the Cali Chamber of Commerce (CCC), the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), and Colombia’s Law 1563 of 2012 regarding both domestic and international arbitration.

In arbitration matters, he has primarily participated in disputes concerning construction, energy, oil and gas, state contracting, transportation concessions, and corporate law, among others. He has also provided legal counsel on construction contracts, hydrocarbon transportation, and mining and infrastructure concessions.
