Marcela holds a Postgraduate Degree in Financial Legislation from Universidad de los Andes and in Contract Law from Universidad Externado de Colombia. She has completed advanced studies in International Arbitration at the American University Washington College of Law, as well as specialized coursework in complex contracting and soft skills for construction projects at the Asociación Zambrano in Peru, and cross-border insolvency with INSOL International. She possesses extensive experience in international litigation strategy and has served as party counsel in international construction arbitrations involving mega-projects under the rules of the Conciliation and Arbitration Center of Panama (CeCAP).
