Career
Her practice focuses on civil, commercial, constitutional, and administrative litigation and arbitration. She also has recognized experience in energy conflicts, before courts and other institutions, as the Electric Law Expert Panel.
She is a member of the General Arbitrators’ List of Santiago Arbitration and Mediation Center of the Santiago Chamber of Commerce (CAM Santiago), a role in which conducts various arbitration procedures. Previously, she served as a Young Arbitrator (under 40) at the same institution.
Additionally, Paulina is a member of the Arbitrators’ List of the Appeal Court of Santiago and the Appeal Court of San Miguel.
Before joining Echeverría-Ilharreborde-Scagliotti, Paulina worked for 10 years in the litigation and arbitration department of Claro y Cía. and then founded her firm Aguilar Asesoría Jurídica, specialized in dispute resolution.
In the academic field, she has served as a teaching assistant of Civil Law at Universidad de Chile, and of International Commercial Law at the same university.
