Marçal Justen Neto has been a qualified lawyer since 2003 and in 2016 he became a partner at Justen, Pereira, Oliveira & Talamini. Justen Neto has extensive experience in several aspects of Public Law, including government contracts, public procurement, PPPs, infrastructure projects, energy and waste management regulation. He is also a Professor at UniBrasil (Integrated Faculties of Brasil) in the Public Procurement and Government Contracts postgraduate course. Justen Neto’s main publications include chapters written in the books Estatuto Jurídico das Empresas Estatais (2016), Processo e Administração Pública (2016), Brazil Infrastructure Law (2016), Regime Diferenciado de Contratações Públicas - RDC (3rd ed. 2015).
