Fernão Justen de Oliveira became a qualified lawyer in Brazil in 1992 and since 1994 he is a partner at Justen, Pereira, Oliveira & Talamini. Oliveira focuses his practice in Commercial Law and Administrative Law, including commercial contracts, government contracts, PPPs, civil construction, water supply, railways, IT, advertising and gambling. He is listed in the arbitrator reference guide of the Arbitration Chamber of the Federation of Industries of the State of Paraná – CAMFIEP and he is also a Professor at Centro Universitário Curitiba – UniCuritiba in the Administrative Law postgraduate course. Oliveira is the author of one of the main national textbooks on Public-Private Partnerships and his other main publications include chapters in the books: Estatuto Jurídico das Empresas Estatais (2016), Brazil Infrastructure Law (2016), Direito Portuário Brasileiro (2015), Parcerias Público-Privadas (2015), Regime Diferenciado de Contratações Públicas - RDC (3rd ed. 2015), Direito Constitucional (2015).
