Ian’s practice focuses mainly on Tax, Finance (specifically Islamic financing) and Entertainment law. His practice includes advising businesses on complex tax issues in relation to cross-border transactions, tax structures and related advisory, transfer pricing advisory and tax dispute resolution for local and multinational Clients. He has structured transactions sprouting from different jurisdictions investing in Uganda as final or pass through destination.
