CLKA partner since 2011, Eloi Kouakou YAO is admitted at Côte d’Ivoire’s Bar since 2011 under the Lawyer’s gown number 2011/564. A PhD graduated from Montpellier University (France) and former lawyer of Montpellier Bar (France), Eloi is regularly involved in these matters: Public procurement, Private Public Partnership, Contracts law and Criminal business law, both as counsel and litigator for local and international clients.

His excellent knowledge of the regulation and legal practice in these matters makes him a highly appreciated lawyer the Firm's clients.

He has developed leading experience in the field of public procurement in West Africa. He advises both public decision-makers (drafting legislation, assisting with project implementation, etc.) and economic operators (advice and litigation).
