At SMPS Legal, we are firmly committed to diversity and inclusion. At the end of 2021, our firm launched the Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (E, D&I) Committee to promote equality and diversity from both a cultural and strategic perspective.

We are active members of Abogadas MX, an NGO dedicated to supporting women lawyers in reaching partnership or general counsel positions and becoming change-makers and decision-makers in the legal industry.

SMPS Legal fosters dignity and respect through an ethical, inclusive, competitive, culturally aware, and cutting-edge environment. Since our founding, we have worked to improve the equity, diversity, and inclusion within our teams using a structured and measurable approach, always striving to achieve our E, D&I goals.

In 2024, SMPS Legal was included in the “Diverse Women Lawyers Latin America” shortlist and was also nominated for the “Jurisdictions Awards: Mexico.”
