- Advised Parks Loan Agreement on the contracting of a line of credit for the amount of $75m for the construction and development of a new hotel to be built in Los Cabos to be operated by Hyatt.
- Advised on the negotiation and preparation of documents for the fourth restructuring of a syndicated loan involving BBVA (acting as agent bank), Sabadell, and Santander as lenders.
- Advised Green Gold Farms, a company in the agricultural sector whose main business is the harvesting of berries and avocados, on the restructuring of a loan entered into in 2021 with Northgate Capital as lender.
