At the end of 2021, our firm launched internally the Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (E, D&I) committee to promote equality and diversity from a cultural and strategic perspective.

We are also members of Abogadas Mx an NGO that seeks to contribute to the legal industry by providing soft skills for women lawyers to reach partnerships or general counsel positions and become change inducers and decision makers.

SMPS Legal promotes dignity and respect through an ethical, inclusive, competitive, cultural, and cutting-edge environment. Since the beginning, we have worked to improve the equity, diversity and inclusion of our teams with a structured and measurable perspective, always seeking to reach our E, D&I goals.

We are part of ongoing workshops focused on diversity, equity and inclusion, with the aim of training and sensitizing all members of the firm on these issues.
