Federico Salim - General Corporate and M&A

Federico has 25 years’ experience advising clients in a wide variety of matters, including banking, capital markets, project finance, mergers and acquisitions and debt restructurings, as well as in local regulatory matters.

He currently provides advice to both domestic and international investors in relation to structuring of acquisitions and equity investments. During his extensive career, he has also participated in several financing transactions, in Argentina and abroad, representing both banks and financial entities as lenders, and local and multinational companies as borrowers.

He has been recognised by Chambers and Partners, The Legal 500 and other legal publications.

Before joining TRSM, he was a partner at Bruchou, Fernández Madero & Lombardi (2002–2014), and a foreign associate at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP, New York in 2005–2006.

He graduated as a lawyer at the University of Buenos Aires in 1999 and has an LLM from Columbia University School of Law, 2002.
