Eugenia Pracchia - Litigation, Arbitration and Insolvency, Compliance

Eugenia is a lawyer from the University of Buenos Aires and holds an LLM from Pompeu Fabra University in Barcelona.

With over 15 years of experience in the field of dispute resolution, she advises and represents clients in complex litigation, arbitration, and administrative proceedings.

Eugenia also leads the Compliance practice at TRSM, providing advice on regulatory compliance, data privacy, anti-corruption, integrity programs and internal investigations, as well as support in financial regulation, foreign exchange, capital markets, and AML/CTF.

Before joining TRSM, Eugenia worked at top-tier law firms in Argentina and at the Central Bank of Argentina, where she enhanced her expertise in banking supervision and regulation, retail payment systems, and financial innovation.

Eugenia is also a certified Ethics and Compliance professional by the Argentine Association of Ethics and Compliance (a member of IFCA).
