Gastón A. Miani - Criminal, Tax, and Customs Law

Gastón has over 25 years of experience as a defense attorney in tax and customs law cases, including their criminal aspects. Throughout his career, he has achieved significant judicial precedents in the Supreme Court of Justice of the Nation, the Federal Courts, the Tax Court, and other provincial jurisdictions, which are still referenced in other cases today.

Before joining TRSM, he worked at firms such as Bazán, Cambré & Orts, Goldenberg, Eguía y Asociados, Bruchou, Fernández Madero & Lombardi, and G Breuer Abogados.

He graduated as a lawyer from the University of Buenos Aires in 1997. He also holds a Master's degree in Criminal Law and Diploma in Customs Law from Universidad Austral, and has completed postgraduate studies in Tax Law at the University of Buenos Aires.
