Juan Pablo Bove - General Corporate and M&A

Juan Pablo has more than 20 years’ experience in M&A and corporate law. He regularly advises on transactional and day-to-day matters for companies, high net worth individuals and private equity funds in a wide array of industries, including banking, Fintech, energy, and retail. He also has extensive expertise in project finance transactions, debt and equity capital markets and asset-backed financing transactions.

He has been recognized by Chambers & Partners, The Legal 500 and other legal publications as a leading specialist in his practice area.

He graduated as a lawyer at the University of Buenos Aires in 2001. He is a professor at the Masters in Finance, Law & Corporate Governance at San Andrés University and is also regularly invited to teach at other graduate and post graduate courses.

Among others, before co-founding TRSM, he was Southern Cone Legal Manager in AB-Inbev Group and foreign associate at White & Case (New York).
