Federico Basile has more than 30 years’ experience in labor and employment law. His practice focuses on corporate employment law advice, including the prevention and resolution of complex individual disputes and the design of salary schemes and hiring structures.

He has a strong track record representing clients both at the administrative and judicial stages, and is actively involved in salary negotiations with unions, collective bargaining and union conflicts.

Before joining TRSyM, he was head of the boutique firm Basile Abogados (2021-2024), partner at Krause Abogados (2018-2021) and partner at Bomchil Abogados (2001-2018). He also worked at Beccar Varela (1992-2001) and at Entel, the Argentine National Telecommunications Entity.

He has been included in international rankings in Labour & Employment (individuals): Chambers & Partners, The Legal 500, among others.

Federico graduated as a lawyer from the Universidad Nacional de La Plata in 1990.
