Javier Constanzó - Energy, Natural Resources and Infrastructure - Public Law

Javier has more than 10 years’ experience in regulatory and public law. He has outstanding experience in structuring energy and infrastructure projects, with relevant involvement in project finance, M&A, and other corporate transactions. He also advises clients on a variety of infrastructure matters, representing banks and/or sponsors.

He has been recognized by Chambers and Partners, The Legal 500 and other publications on several opportunities.

Javier joined the Firm in 2016 as an associate and worked as International Visiting Associate in Latham & Watkins (NY office), as a member of the corporate and project finance practice during 2021-2022.

Mr. Constanzó has a postgraduate course in Finance and Corporate Law at the Universidad del CEMA, a Master in Public Law and Economics at the Pontificia Universidad Católica Argentina, and is a lawyer graduated from the Universidad de Buenos Aires.
