Career

Jenny focuses her practice on mergers and acquisitions and corporate transactions. She advises buyers, sellers, and financial sponsors on domestic and cross-border acquisitions, asset and share purchase transactions, corporate restructurings, and strategic divestitures across a broad range of industries, including financial services, real estate, infrastructure, technology, and consumer.

Her M&A practice is deeply integrated with her finance and capital markets expertise, allowing her to structure and execute transactions that combine acquisition financing, regulatory approvals, and complex multi-jurisdictional considerations in a single, coordinated process. She advises both strategic and financial buyers, including private equity and venture capital funds, on deal structuring, due diligence coordination, negotiation, and closing. She also advises sellers and targets on exit processes, including preparation for sale, management of buyer processes, and post-closing arrangements.

Jenny earned her law degree (with honors) from Universidad Panamericana and holds a master's degree in Corporate, Banking, and Financial Law from Fordham Law School (summa cum laude) in New York.

Prior to joining NHG, Jenny spent four years as an associate at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP in New York and began her career at Goldman Sachs, giving her firsthand exposure to the standards and demands of complex international M&A transactions.
