Career
Ana Paula is a partner at Nader Hayaux Goebel with more than two decades of experience in tax law, advising clients on domestic and cross-border transactions, tax audits, and tax litigation. Her practice spans both corporate tax planning and advisory work and the defense of clients before tax authorities in audits and contentious proceedings.
Her practice includes advising multinational and domestic corporations on complex transactions, tax planning, wealth planning, mergers and acquisitions, spin-offs, corporate reorganizations, investments, and joint ventures. Ana Paula also has extensive experience defending taxpayers in audits before the SAT (the Mexican tax authority), in conclusive agreements before PRODECON, and in administrative appeals and administrative litigation.
Ana Paula advises investors, family offices, and the next generation of clients on sustainability and ESG compliance from a tax perspective. Her contribution lies in translating those commitments into practice from the tax treatment of sustainable transactions and investments, including environmental tax incentives and burdens, to the design of wealth and investment structures aligned with environmental, social, and governance criteria.
Her approach combines technical rigor with a long-term vision: structuring wealth, governance, and operations to be viable and sustainable over time, in alignment with each client’s sustainability commitments and corporate integrity standards.
Ana Paula offers her clients the tax certainty that transforms those convictions into sound, viable, and lasting structures.
