Associate

As an associate at CCN, Michelle’s practice focuses on matters of mergers & acquisitions, banking and finance, food and agribusiness, and compliance, among others. ​

Michelle advises clients, including public and privately held companies, on matters relating to mergers and acquisitions across multiple jurisdictions in a diverse range of industries, including joint ventures, corporate reorganizations and general corporate matters. She currently leads the due diligence phase of corporate and financing projects.​

Michelle has executed a variety of cross-border banking and financial transactions, including the refinancing of term loans and revolving credit facilities for international corporations, leveraging her experience with implementing and perfecting security interests in the U.S. and Mexico and interpreting international treaties.

She works closely with her clients’ legal and compliance departments, advising on trainings, day-to-day operations, compliance matters including preparation and enforcement of policies, and conducting investigations with respect to anti-corruption and other relevant compliance matters.​

Before joining CCN, she worked as an associate at González & Schoeneck, S.C. (2018) and at MCG Consultores, S.C. (2016).
