Lawyer with extensive experience in complex cases - individual and collective - with large clients on issues related to consumer and regulatory law before the Judiciary and different bodies of the SNDC, regulatory agencies and CONAR. She works as a consultant for several associations on various issues of regulatory impact, especially in matters of recall, labeling, promotions, advertising for children, e-commerce and food safety.

PhD in Civil Law from the Faculty of Law of the University of São Paulo (USP).

Graduated in Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (PUC).

Former Director of Consumer Relations at IBRAC, she is currently Director of BRASILCON (Institute of Consumer Policy and Law). Guest professor at renowned educational institutions and author of several publications and the book “Advertising and Law”, in its 3rd edition (Ed. Saraiva).
